Domestic Delivery

We offer shipping around Australia.  Shipping starts at $15 for a small item and an additional $5 for more pieces added to the order. The postage cost will be added to your purchase total.

We recommend that you provide an address where you can sign for at the time of delivery.  For this reason, we do not post to a PO Box address.  Please ensure that you provide us with the correct mailing address.  Once your order has been shipped, you cannot change your delivery address or cancel the order.  If you're unsure if you'll be at home, we recommend sending your order to your work address.

International Delivery

We are happy to post internationally.  Please email us through our contact page for international shipping rates and delivery times.

Breakages & Returns

We take great care in packaging your purchase.  Each piece is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and encased in a well packed box.  In the unfortunate event of breakages that occur in transit, please take photos of the damaged item and contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Please note that we will not be able to issue a refund or an exchange if you cannot provide us with photos of said items.

Please take care in your selection and when you are providing your details upon purchase.  Once your piece has been dispatched from our studio, we cannot make any alterations to postal details provided to us.  Please understand that we cannot offer a refund for change of mind or for orders with incorrect details provided to us.
